Our Sweetheart Flights are for that romantic interlude for when you want to be alone, best for engagements, weddings, and anniversary flights. A pilot will be the only other person in the balloon reserved for both of you. Your flight will include a private flight for you and that special someone, a traditional champagne brunch and a commemorative champagne flute for your to take home as a souvenir

Hot Air Balloons Rides

Approximately a one hour tranquil flight over East Pasco County, including Lutz, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and North Tampa. Contact the office for Couples, Groups, and Special Pricing. Prices Effective April1, 2012 and are subject to change without notice. Please book flights 4-6 weeks in advance, as we do book up quickly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

* For younger children, parents must bring the child out to view the inflation and launch procedures prior to the day of the scheduled flight. Small children react differently to the noises that are involved with the inflation and flying of the hot air balloon. Other stipulations may apply depending on the circumstances. Please contact the office for more information before scheduling an appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

It is our intent to provide an experience of highest quality at the best possible rates for all our passengers. When booking a flight with us over the phone or on the internet you are reserving seats in an aircraft with a very limited passenger capacity. We try to keep the costs down for all of our passengers by flying the right equipment for the number of passengers scheduled for that day. We do not try to put 8 passengers into a balloon made for 5. We also do not like to fly our balloons with empty seats. Therefore we have just a few simple but non-negotiable rules for cancellation.

 

• No charges will be made to your credit card until after the flight. After the flight, you may pay for your flight in any manor you wish. We only take a credit card to reserve your seats.

• If you do not show up for the pre-flight briefing or miss your flight we will charge the credit card we have on file for your flight. No excuses!

• We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel a booking. Waiting to cancel until the night before your flight may result in a $150.00 fee or the forfeit of your flight voucher

 

 

• Cancellations must be done over the phone (813-243-9507) or in person at our office.

• Your flight may be canceled by our pilots the night before your flight or even on the day of the flight for weather or any safety concerns from our pilots. Their decision is FINAL! Please do not try to forecast weather!

• Flight canceled for safety or weather reasons will be rescheduled for the first available dates.

• We will make every effort to accommodate you on the next available date for any passengers postponed by inclement weather on the original flight date.
